Singapore FHM Model Jamie Ang get more click via the web after her Nude Sex Scandal Pictures leaked on the web. At least 50 nude photos of the former Miss Commonwealth Singapore have been exposed on several blogs.
Jamie Ang photos have been exposed on local Singaporean web-forums
So, apparently Singapore FHM Models 2012 contest winner Jamie Ang has found herself in the middle of a leaked nude pictures scandal. Jamie Ang is a very popular Singaporean model and pageant queen who was featured on the cover of FHM Singapore August 2012 issue. She is one of the top up and coming models from the Asian city-state. Jamie Ang is a 23 year-old model and beauty queen from Singapore with her very own www.jamieang.com unofficial fan club website "set up by fans for her fans." Jamie Ang has won Miss Singapore Commonwealth, as well as FHM Model 2012 and is clearly a very talented woman who is on the rise. She was in the FHM Model 2012 Top 10 contest and now there are naked images of her circulating on the Internet that were taken two years before. The nude pictures started to leak only several weeks but as only recent started to get full attention.
The photos have been exposed on local Singaporean web-forums and other websites over the past several days but taken down after legal action was threatened. We are not sure on what grounds the lawsuits would be filed against these sites, but the threats seem to be working. Emails were sent to the Singaporean websites threatening the matter will also be brought to the attention of Singapore Police Force. Jamie is seen fully naked in these leaked nude pictures and in some of the pics she is seen holding a peeled banana near her shaved pussy while posing for the camera. A few of the nude pics appear to of a personal nature while the majority appear to be from professional photo shoots with the photographer's name appearing on the corner of the images.
There are approximately 6 sets of leaked nude photographs and indications of an addition 2 sets, so maybe there are a lot more. Also the 6 sets that were leaked are believed to be incomplete. We cannot say where exactly these nude pictures were taken however some of the images does appear to have been taken in Singapore. And we can say with some certainly that one of the sets was taken on May 19, 2010 at 8:47 PM to 8:54 PM. The pictures are believed to have been taken when she was 19 to 20 year old or only 2 years before her rise to fame. Since the leak, Jamie Ang has removed her Facebook page. Anyway, some of these naked pictures are quite intimate and very closeup. But the most interesting picture is the one with Jamie appear to be holding a banana near her vagina. We know the banana picture have been circulating on the web for sometime now because GutterUncensored.com received it back in March and few other nude pictures of Jamie even earlier in February.

Early June 2013, the photos started to attract attention again, and have gone viral on internet since. Several of the photos appear to be of a personal nature as they were grainy and possibly taken on a smartphone. The rest appear to be taken professionally with the photographer's name on the corner of the images.
In late May 2013, Singapore FHM Top 15 Finalist Jenell Ong found her in the same stuation when her photos leaked. Jamie Ang has since taken down her Facebook Page and made a police report and a few sites also received email warnings to remove the photos from their blogs or forums. But unfortunately once something is posted on the internet, it will be there forever. According to some sites, the pictures are believed to have been taken when Jamie Ang was 19 to 20 year old (2 years before her rise to fame).

Pre-Contest Workouts With Jamie Ang | FHM Models 2012 Contest Finalist
In this article, Jamie Ang brings us on a one day tour and shares with Fitness Sutra readers’ her pre-contest workouts. She will be taking part in the grand finals of FHM Models 2012 on 8th of June 2012 (Friday) 7pm-9:30pm at TAB.
#1 Swimming- Swimming works practically all of the muscles groups in the human body. It enhance the individual’s cardiovascular fitness and endurance. When you go on a swim you would be working out almost your entire body including your heart, lungs and muscles, resulting in very little joint strain which can result from other sports such as running. Swimming is a great sport to support any weight loss program with the added advantage of not being as boring or repetitive as other sports. It is an exercise that you can enjoy doing with your friends while benefiting your health at the same time.
#2 Back Extension- Targets the lats, the largest muscles in the back. The back extension is a subtle movement targeting the lower back. Many of us work our abs, but neglect to work the lower back, which can lead to muscle weakness and imbalance.
Instructions:
- Lie face down on a gym bench/mat and place the hands behind the head.
- Contract the abs and keep them contracted throughout the exercise.
- Squeeze the back to lift the chest a few inches off the gym bench/floor.
- Lower and repeat for 3 sets of 10-15 reps.
#3 Decline Sit-ups – Sit-up exercise is one of the most traditional ways for training abdominal muscles. Many people might hate it, while others might enjoy the results from all the hard work. The decline Sit-up exercise is an excellent addition to your workout plan for the abdomens. The decline bench allows you to increase the range of motion over the standard crunch.
Instructions:
- Lie face up on the workout bench/floor.
- Bend your knees to make it comfortable.
- Hook your feet to the bench support if you are doing decline sit-ups.
- Place your hands on the side or behind of your head.
- Contract your abs to lift your torso, pulling yourself towards your knees.
- As you curl up, contract your stomach while doing the movement.
- Lower and repeat for 3 sets of 20-30 reps (depending on individuals)
#4 Squats- Squats are one of the best lower body exercises which target all the muscles of the glutes, hips and thighs. It helps in toning and firming the muscles at the buttocks. This helps you to have firm buttock muscles.
Instructions:
- Stand with about hip or shoulder-width apart.
- Bend the knees and lower into a squat, keeping the knees in line with the toes.
- Lower down as far as you can (but no lower than 90 degrees) and push into the heels to go back to starting position.
- Repeat it for 3 sets of 10-15 reps.
#5 Abdominal Crunch (With Abs Machine) -
Crunches are the basic foundation for any abdominal routine. They help you to focus on your upper portion of the abs and incorporate your obliques (the muscles around the waist) as well.
Instructions:
- Place your knees at the sponges at the bottom of the machine.
- Place your elbows on the upper sponges of the machine and hold on to the grips of the handles with your hands.
- Lift your legs up in a motion coordinated with the machine.
- Lift your legs up as high as possible towards your elbow. (in the motion coordinated with the machine)
- Contract your stomach while doing the movement.
- Repeat it for 15-20 reps before giving yourself a 40seconds – 1minute rest (in between sets).
- Repeat this exercise for 3 sets.
#6 The Plank - The plank exercise is a challenging way to build endurance in both the abs and back, as well as the stabilizer muscles. This move is also great for building strength for push-ups, an exercise that requires quite a bit of strength from the core muscles of the body.
Instructions:
- Lie face down on mat/floor resting on the forearms on the floor.
- Push off the floor, raising up onto toes and resting on the elbows.
- Keep your back flat, in a straight line from head to heels.
- Tilt your pelvis and contract your abdominals to prevent your rear end from sticking up in the air or sagging in the middle.
- Hold for 20 to 60 seconds, lower and repeat for 3-5 reps.
#7 Hip Extensions (Standing position) - Hip extensions is a good exercise for women training. This exercise trains the gluteus maximus muscle of the buttocks and it is easy to perform. Stay in shape and in good health is the main goal of many women, but also toning and firming the buttocks is very important. All women want a perfect body, by training the buttocks muscles you can get good results of being in a good shape.
Instructions:
- Place your hands flat on a comfortable chair which is up to your waist.
- Lift up your leg to hold it in place in the air, foot flexed. Squeeze your butt to lift your right leg until it’s level with your hips.
- Lower your leg to the starting position.
- Repeat it for 12-15 reps before switching sides to the other leg.
- Repeat it for 3 sets of 12-15 reps per side.
- Make sure that you don’t over extend during this exercise.
#8 Cycling on Exercise Bike – Cycling is an excellent cardio workout. You increase your endurance while burning lots of calories. Cardio workout is one of the most important things you can do for your body, whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or improve your health. To end off the day, 10 minutes of cool down cycle was done by Jamie for her post workout cardio.
*Team Fitness Sutra would like to wish Jamie all the best in her contest and thank her for sharing her pre-contest workouts with our dear readers.

Interview with Jamie Ang | Pageant Queen | FHM Models 2012 Contest Finalist
In this interview, pageant queen / current FHM Models 2012 Contest Finalist shares her views on fitness and health.
Q:What sparked your interest into Fitness & Health?
I believe that looking good and feeling good inside out play a major role on our total well-being- from daily performance at work, efficiency, social image.
Q: Where does your motivation comes from?
To be frank, my motivation fluctuates. It is good to have motivation that drives you through workout/exercise/eating healthy. However, translating these motivations into a habit is more rewarding, especially so during your “lazy” or “crappy” days, if it is already a cultivated habit you will have less trouble dragging through necessary workouts or lighten the urge to indulge in junk food- I am still trying to work on it.
(They say 21 days to break or make a habit!)
Q: Please share with our readers your past contest achievements as well as current or future contests you are interested to take part in.

Q: Please share with our readers your past contest achievements as well as current or future contests you are interested to take part in.
I’d clinched Miss Singapore Commonwealth 2011/12 title which was in early 2011. Right now I’m in the running for FHM Models 2012 as a finalist. I had the privilege of 7pages editorial spread with FHM last year as a contracted model by my agency. This year, I am yearning for the cover and therefore in this contest (time to hit the gym again!)
Q: What is your workout routine like?
When I head to a gym workout, I would do a 20-30minutes run on the treadmill to start up, followed by some simple routines that I used to do during my netball training days. Before my modeling career took off, I was playing netball competitively for 8 years straight, before my modeling career ignited). These includes some leg strengthening exercises, back extensions, static, crunches and static for the core abdominal area and light arm toning.
Q: Please do share with Fitness Sutra readers your favourite exercises.
- Static Training - It is a must-do in my list- it forces the mid rift/core abdominal to hold the body straightly in position. From this lifting and maintaining posture should be felt in abdominal area most intensely, followed by the glutes, thighs, and lastly the shoulders.
- Back extension stretch - Basically, you have to lie “tummy down and face down” facing the bench, lock your ankles (like locking your ankles before doing crunches) and slowly bend backwards, face facing the sky. Do stretch to your maximum by pressing your palm against the bench, then fall flat down and do fast but controlled repetitions using your back. I usually put this in between crunches (ie, alternate a set of crunches and a set of back stretching).
- Ankle Lifting Exercise (Helps to tone my legs) – I try my best to do it very slowly, standing in front of the mirror, stand straight with hands on hips, slowly lift yourself up using your ankle while standing. Doing it very slowly in a controlled manner will well satisfy my needs for toner legs, especially when I wear heels alot.
For convenience, I workout at my apartment’s gym, though a tad limited and small as my exercises are simple and do not really require the need for complex equipments/machines/weights. I used to do yoga at a yoga studio and very much enjoyed it, however in lieu of some back problem diagnosed by a specialist, he advised against doing yoga- tough luck.
Q: Do you watch your diet to maintain a good physique?
I’ll be very frank here: I do not really watch what I eat that tightly as I do not gain weight easily. However, I have a naturally habit (due to small stomach capacity) of eating small and frequent meals throughout day and night. Small consumption portion for me would range from ¾ of a plate of chicken rice, to a hearty salad or a snickers bar.
I try to consume some fruit juice or smoothie, or a portion of yoghurt in the day too. I’m admittedly bad at drinking sufficient plain water (which is so essential for a good functioning body!) as it usually makes me feel full and so conveniently forgettable if on the move. To rectify this, I tend to buy mineral water instead of a sugary or carbonated beverage to match my meal. Sometimes I’ll blend a smoothie in the morning to kick start my day. In it, includes zero calorie green tea for caffeine fix, blueberries and strawberries for their anti-oxidant property and rich vitamins, pitted prunes and wheat germ for fiber which thicken up the smoothie too.
I’m also a believer of eating well balanced meal, good/natural-state food to feed your body with the required nutrients and vitamins. Ever heard of the saying: What you eat is what makes you? I believe strongly that it will reflect on your physical and inner health state too. Glowing good skin, shiny black hair and strong immunity will always set a positive tone, it comes with the price of watching what you intake! One good example, sometimes when I have a fast food meal (which is quite seldom), I will somehow rather feel “not so great” after that, which I reason out to be “trashy food” releasing all the grease/saturated fat from deep frying and other undesirable substances which are definitely harmful for us! Morale of story: Eat healthy, drink healthy (fluids/juices, not alcohol!) and you will perform better and feel good always!
Q: What’s your favourite cheat meal food?
I have a soft spot for desserts- any chocolate or calorie-laden desserts such dark chocolate truffles, a slice of red velvet, tiramisu or a good crème brulee- just to name a few! I would succumb to some cheese as cheat food too, favorite appeitizers- some good buffalo cheese or mozzarella. All time favorite: Matured red cheddar!
I believe that natural nutrients from food are the best policy to stick to via a healthy and balanced meal. However, since sometimes my meals are inconsistent, I try to pop a multi-vit supplement (GNC) and Collagen pills for my backbone as prescribed by specialist. NutriFirst’s Acai is rich in Anti-oxidants, which is good to have too.
Q: What are your immediate goals?
Food wise:Balanced and healthy meal for my body- to make sure protein and carbs are well portioned (sometimes I tend to forget proteins as I don’t really like red meat).
Hydration: Jack up plain water intake
Beauty sleep: Get a more regular and timely sleeping pattern/habit. (stress and overworked from exams and competition has overthrown my sleeping pattern)
Exercise (most importantly): Get back that well toned bod with more consistent training.
Q: Apart from fitness trainings & workouts, what other hobbies do you personally have?
Well I seldom have time for myself apart from schoolwork and modeling assignments/jobs. If I do, I’ll hop into my bikini for a sun-bathing session with girlfriends! I used to take up external French classes too, which I’ve not committed in recent times, but yes picking up new languages! I would love to travel when I can if time allows, ANYWHERE! Well lastly, I’ll confess that I enjoy doing and solving complex math/IQ questions too (I know it sounds dorky haha) as I used to be a Math Olympian Achiever- the satisfaction after much deliberation for the right solution is definitely awesome haha! So yes if I’m stuck in a room alone, that is what I would do for a tad!
Q: Please do share a Quote to our readers regarding motivation.
Break excuses, cultivate a HABIT!
Q: I’m sure many of our Fitness Sutra readers would love to show their support. Is there any way for us to do it?
